3. Make sure I, Daniel De Mitri am listed on the offer or contract as your real estate agent.  If my name and Premier Properties Realty is not listed on the contract as your realtor and have you registered for the cash back program then I will not be able to rebate you any of the commision.  When we close, the title company or I will cut you a check from my commision.
